Hello, I'm Gina Kundan, Director of the Center for Health Interprofessional Programs. Also known as CHIP.
CHIP offers health professions students unique and innovative opportunities that help them connect, collaborate, network, and develop.
CHIP was founded in 1970 by students seeking meaningful interactions across the health professions. Now, CHIP is an internationally recognized center that provides structure, support, and inspiration, for co-curricular programmatic initiatives that enhance the aims of interprofessional education.
If you are a student in the Academic Health Center, you're already a member of CHIP! Please join us at some of the great events we have planned for you this year—you'll meet so many wonderful people through CHIP. Also, bring to us any ideas you think should be addressed in our organization. After all, CHIP exists for students!
Check out this website, sign up for our newsletter by contacting me at kunda002@umn.edu or just drop by the CHIP lounge to find out what's happening. Please let me know if you have any ideas, questions or concerns. I am looking forward to meeting all of you!
Sincerely,
Gina Kundan, Director
